U.S. Government Helps
Illegals Cross Border

Even
though the mainstream media has, by and large, ignored the story, many
of us have recently learned that the U.S. government has collaborated
with the Mexican government to facilitate further illegal immigration.
In so doing, it has also hindered American citizens from protecting
their own country and has even put their lives in jeopardy.
The Associated Press article I read was carried in the San Jose Mercury
News, May 9, 2006 edition. It stated, "The U.S. Border Patrol is
alerting the Mexican government to the locations of civilian border
patrol groups when the organizations help detain suspected illegal
immigrants.
"U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Mario Martinez told the
Inland Valley Daily Bulletin of Ontario that the policy is meant to
assure the Mexican government that migrants' rights are being observed.
"The policy pertains to groups including the Minuteman Civil Defense
Corps and the Friends of the Border Patrol.
"Minuteman members, however, said the Border Patrol's policy negates
the private group's effectiveness and could endanger their lives.
"'Now we know why it seemed like Mexican officials knew where we were
all the time,' said Chris Simcox, the organization's founder. 'It's
unbelievable that our own government agency is sending intelligence to
another country. They are sending intelligence to a nation where
corruption runs rampant, and that could be getting into the hands of
criminal cartels.'"
Can you believe this?!
Does anyone believe that Border Patrol officials are acting on their
own in supplying intelligence to the Mexican government? Get real! Only
someone who is comatose does not know that this is being orchestrated
out of Washington, D.C.
Another part of the illegal invasion story largely ignored by the major
media and politicians inside the Beltway is the fact that many illegal
aliens are becoming increasingly violent. Mr. Simcox has every reason
to fear for his safety and the safety of other Americans on or near the
border.
A writer to World Net Daily quoted the Los Angeles Times as reporting
that 75% of people on L.A.'s most-wanted list are illegal aliens.
Nearly 25% of all inmates in California detention centers are here
illegally, and 29% of inmates in the federal prisons are illegal
aliens.
In addition, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reports half of
all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegals from south of
the border. According to Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-
Colorado), gang membership by illegal aliens in many states is 50%, and
in Phoenix, Arizona, illegal aliens constitute 34% of child-molestation
and 40% of auto theft cases.
Furthermore, many Americans living on or
near the Mexican border are reporting increasing numbers of assaults,
rapes, and attempted murders by illegal aliens. There have even been
several reports of uniformed Mexicans terrorizing American citizens and
U.S. Border Patrol agents. These gangs are known to be either drug
cartel members or members of the Mexican government.
Now we learn that our own government is aiding and abetting the effort
of the Mexican government to help illegal aliens sneak over the border,
or worse, to help them determine the whereabouts of American citizens
for the purpose of doing them harm.
Yet, every elected politician in Washington, D.C., takes an oath to the
U.S. Constitution, which requires that "We the people" are responsible
to "insure domestic Tranquility [and] provide for the common defence."
(Preamble to the U.S. Constitution) However, no modern phenomenon is
more disruptive to domestic tranquility and more dangerous to our
common defense than illegal immigration!
In addition, the Constitution requires that the United States "shall
protect each of them [States] against Invasion." (Article. IV. Section.
4.) Instead of protecting the States from the invasion of illegal
aliens, however, the Bush administration is actively assisting
America's invaders!
It is an unconscionable betrayal of the American people that the Bush
administration would willfully, knowingly, and deliberately assist a
foreign power in its flagrant violation of our laws!
